ECOTHERAPY WALKS 2009

Walk this way . . .

Join Graham Game and the Wilderness Foundation UK at Hylands Park near Chelmsford, Essex, on Friday 6th February 2009 (10-12noon) for a guided Eco-Walk that incorporates various techniques that will increase your enjoyment of the countryside so that a walk in the woods will never be the same again!

After this moderate 2 hour walk you should feel thoroughly de-stressed, and be able to experience nature in a completely new light.

Eco-Walks connect people to nature in their local areas, and are one of the most enjoyable and effective ways of improving the nation's physical and mental wellbeing, while deepening our relationship with the natural world.

Come along to the beautiful Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Essex and meet like-minded people or take your family, friends and children and walk off the winter blues and enjoy some good company and refreshments at Hutton's Courtyard Cafe afterwards.

This will be the first of a series of 6 walks in Essex with the others to be held on the 20th February (10-12noon), March 8th (2-4pm), March 20th (10-12noon), April 3rd (10-12noon), and April the 19th (2-4).
